About Well Within Good: We provide safe, nurturing and restorative environments where change makers and community leaders can be replenished, restored and ready to continue in their missions - without sacrificing who they are and what matters to them.

We provide support through: Workshops, Coaching, Community Calls, Community membership, Podcast and Resources through our newsletter and social media platforms.

Job Summary

Well Within Good (WWG) is seeking a Program and Community Builder to support the Well Within Good community. Tasks will include (but are not limited to) administrative support, community building and engagement, As this is a 100% remote role, you will need to be proactive and comfortable to work independently and commit to weekly team meetings (virtually).

Responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling and posting connection posts and curated content to our community portal

  • Research bios and background information for potential guest guides to the community programming

  • Ideate, curate, plan and facilitate regular community programming

  • Updating the community calendar of events

  • Ideating ways we can support and surprise and delight our community members

  • Initiate feedback loops within the community so that we can better serve community needs

  • Anticipate issues, risks and challenges before they occur

  • Assist with providing social media content for the team to feature about community events, community experience and community exposure

  • Design and develop a community membership experience booklet to be used for press, media and partnerships

  • Design and develop community member collaterals, graphics, etc.

  • Take initiative for intentional growth of the community

  • Track and measure the success of our community, and feed learnings back into the roadmap

  • Helping to act as the “voice of the community member” to others within the WWG team to ensure that we’re constantly improving our business based on serving our community

  • Plan for the development of a scholarship fund

  • Digital Marketing and Media assistance

Job Summary

Well Within Good (WWG) is seeking a Podcast and Video Coordinator to support the Well Within Good team. Tasks will include research, administrative support, pre and post production as well as communications/marketing.

Responsibilities include:

  • Research contact information for potential podcast guests

  • Organise podcast outreach Notion planner and organise systems for a joyful booking process for all digital tools, applications and SOPs

  • Research bios and background information for potential podcast guests, research and prepare questions to ask during the podcast

  • Pitch guest appearances

  • Schedule prep calls with podcast guests and hosts for interviews

  • Assist with recording host or guest video during podcast virtually (where applicable)

  • Assist with podcast production (editing both audio and visuals to be repurposed across platforms)

  • Assist with creating and editing visual assets for social media as needed (eg. audiogram)

  • Assist with creating show notes and key assets for newsletter

  • Ideate possible show episode ideas and content

  • Digital Marketing and Media assistance

Requirements

  • Highly organised, detail oriented

  • Excellent record keeping and file maintenance

  • Effectively coordinates multiple tasks and project management

  • Familiarity with editing audio and video clips

  • Highly flexible, able to prioritise and re-prioritise as new assignments occur

  • Time management skills

  • Familiarity with Google, Google, Microsoft Suite, Notion, Slack, Whatsapp, Canva (but if not, we can guide you!)


 

Terms and conditions include:

  • Must be a Singapore Citizen or a Permanent Resident of Singapore

  • Must be below the age of 35

Work Terms for both opportunities:

  • Applications must be submitted by January 29, 2022

  • Full-time position commencing February / March 2022 and ending September 2022 (with possibilities to extend)

  • 100% Remote-role and must commit to weekly team meetings

  • Flexible work environment and work hours (you can design your own day as long as quality work is created and deadlines are met!)

  • Regular Personal and Professional Coaching and Mentorship from Emily is available upon request (no cost)
